You may get lucky with Komplett, the thing is to be honest and they are more likely to try and help you out. For example, when they next place an order for XFX cards they can ask for a replacement at the same time. This is what I used to to if I wanted a favour from a supplier, give them a nice order and ask for the favour at the same time. Honesty does pay if you want a favour.

there sent me a new 6800gt card with the games and everthing i have had it over a week now running fine it's runniny hot at around 67c when playing some games running C&C games (generals) it's only 57 maxs thats with graphics full!!! i'v got the best cooling in the case 4 80mm case fans plus one 120mm on the psu system temp don't go over 40c..... i must say my xp3200 is running very well i'v had it over 3 years now!!!!!!!!! hope the 64fx chips r like the xp chips

67 C is nothing to fret about on that GPU.

it's about right with stock cooling, though the NV5 would probably bring that down to 60°C and be quieter

overclockers.co.uk would be a good choice for parts and there very good on there VAT returns and RMA`s

At the moment they are not good for RMA's, no email and their telephone system cannot cope. They're supposed to be installing a new phone system, but no sign of it yet.

yes ive heard of that all right but i didnt have any trouble regarding ringing them..i always got through but i was ringing them in early in the morning.

and yes the email has stopped (it was kinda usefull in a way)
