you should be able to get it in with a tv/capture card, just plug it into the tuner port

I've never seen very good rsults from playing consoles through a video capture device, with my ps2 2 differant devices I've tried both played the games within a box and the motion didint look smooth and the image was blurry.

I use a Logic 3 TV tuner on my 21" monitor.
Connected are: PC; PS2; Standard TV aerial and I can put my camera through it I think on the AV - but not much point when PC is right next to it.
(Was about £50 though - so probably a small TV would be cheaper).

Unless your TFT can handle 15KHz scan rates, you can't directly connect consoles to it. (very few PC monitors can handle 15KHz horizontal sync).

Instead you have to find something that will act as a scan rate converter. You can buy dedicated boxes, but they're typically in the range of £150 to £4000 depending on the quality. The Dreamcast can output VGA (640x480), but not all games are compatible with it...
