How do you keep your case organized and tidy?

i have all these cords lying around, i'm afraid they might do something bad. how do y'all organize the excess power cords, the SATA cords, etc?

In my case, there's enough room above the power supply to shove them. Alternatively you could use a zip tie and bundle them all together.

I tie them in a big hideous knot, add a good dose of lint and house dust, use old parts with a predisposition to emit sparks... and keep a fire extinguisher handy.

Cable ties are the easiest, though I've heard of people doing interesting things with using gutter pipe as a conduit.

I shove them up beside my power supply.

And the ones that are used, I have wrapped in cable sleeving.

Small contained explosions inside the case do wonders for bundling cables for the best airflow and through-put.

Funny, I haven't tried this method myself.

Ooh, yeah, "southern fried mod, only £989.99"

I once saw an absolutely amazing mod, there were absolutely no cables visible aart from where the conneted on the mobo. The HD's had even been turned round and a cage built for behind the other drives, it was amazing. So good, it was in extreme overclocking a few months ago.

I used the little plastic wraps what you get with sandwich bags to keep mine together because they are easier to undo. I'm gonna do something proper with it soon though.

i need to clear my cables up badly. if i open up my case any more they just spring out all over the place. i have all the stuff to tidy it-cable tie's,sleeving, piping, and little sticky things the cable tie go through.
just never seem to find the time to do it.

case could do with a dust too.

Ha ha, look what I found on Ebay ! Now thats cable management!
This chap has no clue, I'd be deeply dissappointed if I put together a system like that for myself, let alone try and sell it!

Simple. Don't use a case

Works wonders for airflow.. Just don't let the cat get too curious.

Use a knife to "adjust" all the cables you don't like how they're lying in your case

fill your case with water, insulate things that shouldn't conduct. Bam no need for wires, traces or sleeves.
