name of irDA header plugs? (kinda urgent!)

ok, in the guide here http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article.php?id=86 it says that you have to wire the irda tranceiver to the motherboard, but it doesnt say what kind of plug you have to buy to plug into motherboard headers, i know what its talking about i just dont know what to call it when i order it, anyone know?

There's two parts to it. First there is the connector housing, and then there are the pins that go inside. The pins are usually crimped on to the wires. The connector type on the board is also known as a "KK header", as that's the connector type.

Molex housing
2.54mm (.100") Pitch SL™ Crimp Housing - Single Row, Version A, Nonpolarized (part #50-57-9005)
Molex pins
2.54mm (.100") C-Grid SL™ Single Row, Female, Version A Receptacle (part #15-38-8058)

At least, I think these are correct!
