Question Hard drive help

I just got another hard drive and i want to add it to my machine. My question is this. I want to set it up in a raid 0 configuration. can i do this without erasing my current hard drive?

As far as I know creating a RAID array will be a destructive process leaving the drive blank. The best I can suggest is to image your current drive/partitions and to put them on the RAID drive when it's done

You can't do that. Creating a raid striping (0) will destroy data on the first HDD, mirroring usually doesn't, but sometimes does (murphy's law)
