| Serial port error I get a; "Run time error 8005, Port already open" message when I try to open the software for a audio RTA, the Phonic PAA2; http://www.phonic.com/partner/module...product_id=131 I got the error even before I connected the device to the port. The splash screen shows with that message box on top of it. No other errors. I checked Device Manager and both serial ports are enabled and show clean. The first port is occupied by another device. My parrellel port os disabled since my printer is on a USB port. I e-mailed the company and waiting for a reply. I'm running 2k w/sp4 and a nForce2 chipset MB.
