If you plan to game on the system, don't make that gigabit lan a selling point. The onboard gigabit lan on my Nforce4 Gigabyte board is total crap. I had to add a network card.

If you cannot get a Sapphire GTO2 or it's too expensive, the Connect 3D GTO costs the same as a standard GTO and mods exactly the same.
They are a much wiser choice than the 6600GT.

Don't beleive those ratings if their published by the manufacturer.
i do not mean to publicise a magazine, but I think it is VERY important and REALLY useful you check out Custom PCs PSU tests.
They are the first tests made by a UK magazine that actually test the stabiltiy and power output of a PSU.
Seeing as this testing requires around £40K worth of equipment, you won't find a more comprehensive PSU test anywhere.
The Hiper Modular PSUs came out VERY poorly.
If your running a high-end system, this should be a serious consideration!
I would not go near them. I would stick to what Custom PC found to be good, Seasonic.
They have around 85% efficiency and are 100% stable.
The Hiper PSU failed at 100% output and is very in-efficient.
