| Xbox 360 controller - a child's toy? Is it just me or does the new Xbox 360 controller look more like a toy you would give to a young child? The bog standard grey buttons doesn't do much for it either.

| I wonder if they have done this intentionally to increase sales of aftermarket better looking controllers? I can see that many people will want to upgrade it ASAP!

| yeah that is bad picture, ill admit to being a platstation fan boy and ill even admit the 360's controller looks nice, it comes in wired or wireless, pluss the wireless one has a cable to plug into the 360 to charge it if it runs out anyway, the only thing i had agaised the s pad was that it only had one sholder button, so you couldnt melay and turn at the same time, but the new has 2, (ooo copied of sony)) besides have you seen the ps3 controller, dam, errr im gona reserve my opinion on that till iv held it as it looks, odd, to say the least

| I gotta agree that thing does look pretty cheap and nasty, and is it me or are the buttons mis-aligned in that pic? If I imagine holding it, I can get my thumbs (I have special thumbs) to the analogue sticks and buttons, but it beats me how you are supposed to use the L and R shoulder buttons.

| I'm sure the controller is actually a lot smaller than it looks in that picture, which would make using it much more realistic. We're talking Japan here after all. If not... well there's enough selection around these days so that you don't have to live with anything you're uncomfortable with if you have the spare cash.

If it was really un-comfortable, they wouldn't make it. It's got to be ergonomically sound. for me, the XBox controllers always had awful D-Pads. Press right, and you'd go, uh, down.
