asus asus A-8 SLI

anyone know how to use it's BIOS to OC I can;t figure it out. It says the clock spped but it isn't changeable(I can't find a FSB changer), odly it a phenix award bios. ANy idea?

Have you DL'd the manual for this m'board from Asus? If so, I withdraw the question.
