Everything looks pretty good, not bad selections for your first build.
Just as info, if you plan on running with 3 DIMM slots being used, your not going to be running in dual channel. With socket 939, its a big difference in comparison to socket A. 939 = 15% preformance gain 462 = 5%

Also, im not to sure how the memory controller on an A64 will react to 3 sticks.
I have a 3200+, but only 2 sticks...might be fine. Or it might fall you to a 2t
command line = not very good.

Next, are you looking to overclock?

Becuase the purpose of that massive cooling solution on your GPU is specifically for that purpose. If your looking too also push your CPU, you can save a few bucks by either getting a 3000+ or 3200+ then taking your saved money and investing it into better RAM, and CPU HS/F. Not thats there's anything wrong with Corsair, but the Value line on anything isnt worth a damn.

EDIT:

P.S --Welcome to AOA

ok Thx for the post...
The only thing I picked this memory because I already own the exact 512MB stick and in my new rig I want the exact same ones...And I don't wanna spend more $$$ for 2 new Mem. Sticks...
I'm not really too much of a Overclocker, but the VC comes with some kind of Overclocking Software so I think I will be OC'ing a little bit,...
