Best all around Benchmarking util
Lets say I wanted a good set of benchmarking software, prefrably free. That I could use to benchmakr all aspects of a pc. For instance mobos, video cards, hard drivers, processors, cd rom drivers, etc
Does not have to do it all at the same time, can be diffrent tools for each, and prefrably one or two tools for each components.

Im thinking
3d mark 2001
3d mark 2000
Sandra
Vulpine GL Mark

what else?

Know of any tool that lets you control your cpu fan speed through software?
Since I broke my fan control speed thingy off my Volcano 7+

I have never seen a software util capable of doing that. I don't think its possible, sorry.

If you want it to run at 7volts all the time, its no big modification. This "nice" drawing shows you how to connect the wires.

Ok i tired that
Wasnt sure so I just clipped the black wires on the molex from the psu, somehow I don't think that was correct
Anyways I emailed thermaltake like 2 days ago and still no rely, what customer service


Whats the best utility for benhmarking mobos?

NBench V2(which when I installed said should be only used in canda,south pacafic) No Idea why, worked just dandy for me
PC Mark 2002
Vulping GL Mark
WinBench99

Could not get Aquanox Bench, seems you have to be a member of the press or something to get it

How does this look for benhmakring alot of diffrent things, including HD,mobos, vid cards, etc etc?
