| Kudos, Samuknow! What a professional review, clear and concise--even I understood it. Some years ago I was told by those that knew much more than I that Samsung HDD's were to be avoided. The only thing that gives me pause about this drive is its Random Access speed. Then again, I don't know if other manufacturers fudge this spec.

| Thanks guys...Glad you like it. Thanks to Gizmo for the intro.... Not really sure.... I was a little supprised by the results. I have never had a Samsung drive before. I figured why not. The advertised specs were on par. Plus a 3 year warranty. This drive is completly silent, and runs very cool.

I would have to say that I recommend it. For the price, it will be finding it's way in the next machine I am putting together for a family friend....
