Still like every other integrated intel chipset, all features, no balls. ATI actually did a very good job of their 9000/9100 IGPs. I have one here with a Prescott in it for an unrelated failure of the hard disk, and after playing a bit of CS:S on it, I was pleasantly surprised. Its only DX8.1, but because it has the nuts of an ATI 8500 behind it, there's plenty of grunt to be had. This isn't even close to a new thing either, its been around for ages.

The Radeon Xpress 200P has an X300 on it as well, which despite being a garbage card as an AIB, is actually a nice thing to have in an IGP.
