Memory-module makers concerned about rising DDR2 ASPs

Taiwan memory-module makers are seeing increased cost pressures amid the recent growth of DDR2 spot prices, especially prices for DDR2 at 667MHz, according to local players.

that's crazy. I ordered a 2GB dualchannel kit DDR2 for 190€ two weeks ago. 3 weeks ago they cost 15€ less, today you must pay 225€
