I doubt it'll be your DVD drive or your hard drive.

Perhaps it'll be your monitor or graphics card?

Maybe I've misread your post. Could you rephrase it, perhaps? I'm not really understanding what you're saying.

the dvd films are ok but after a few days they becomes very dark and im not sure what it could be.

i am sure that it is not my graphics card as iv been playing games mostly "auto assult" for over 12 hours with no problams.

they are copys dvd but most of them are fine from the disk its just when i put them on the pc after a few days they becomes dark.

im useing a 120gig WD and its fine with music no problams?

I've never heard of this problem, does this happen with every copied dvd you have?

Good idea Ajopz, HDD's are cheap just grab a 320GB or larger and you can copy every single disc you have.

No no no, i mean, what is the point in putting them onto a hd when they work perfectly well from the dvd. I dont see the need to copy them over to a hd. Or am I missing the point?
