I think the P4 will be marginally faster at stock, but the fact that the board for the P4 has overclocking options is the real clincher. If you can OC the P4 board, it will IMO offer the better performance. |

I'd say the P4 will probably be sumat cooler. As I recall the T-Birds started getting right toasty above about 1 GHz. |
