Any opinions on the WD Caviar SE16 320GB SATA HD?

I bought a WD Caviar SE16 320GB SATA HD retail drive at BB some months ago and it's been fine, but I only have that machine fired up occasionally (mostly LAN file transfers, but sometimes video rendering). I use if for fairly serious archival storage and the price of about $99 at Newegg for 320GB oem is what I paid at BB.

Does anybody have any real experience with this unit? Is it a genuinely good buy or just a time bomb!

TIA -- Trevor
