Intel and TSMC tested 32nm prototypes
While the 45nm silicon scale will shortly begin mass production 32nm is not for today however Intel and TSMC are tightening their grasp on it, According to Intels director of technology strategy Paolo A Gargini.
He also predicts Moore's law to be facing challenges from 22nm and beyond.
I do scratch my skull with that prediction. I thought the same was already said when 90nm was still in the pipeline, we'll see as 22nm will probably be produced around 2015.
