Talking Connecting Motorola Phones with Vista

okay, finally i got my moto razr v3 working just fine under windows vista, and i believe this would now work for many other motorola phones.

http://developer.motorola.com/docstools/USB_Drivers

Download the 32 bit or 64 bit driver as required from this site (u need to reg for free) and install them. in vista, after installing the driver "installer" 9yes u need to install a installer),

run it,

use clean and reinstall option,

use the install anyway like option to force the driver to get installaed (u need to do this a lot of times, but dont worry, and dont skip any of em)

ud see the instllation progress bar moving from time to time (not always, but dont worry its actually working)

after installation, install your regular mobile phone tools software and u can connect with your phone!!
