Dual channel question

Hi all,
I'm thinking of adding another pair of dual-channelers (when i get anothe job). Now the problem is that the memory i have now doesn't seem to be in production, or available affordably. Is it possible to run my Corsair in one dual channel config, and another brand in another dual channel config?

It is possible, however you run the risk of compatibility problems, also the memory must be capable of exactly the same timings.

My advice would be to sell yours and buy two new 1GB sticks, with current DDR prices on ebay you will sell them for more than you paid for them.
