I would stay away from the ATI TV tuner ATM.. It has a known incompatibility with the WinXP OS. ATI claims that it is XP's fault, but came out with video driver updates for its own video cards. For the unlucky, (like my buddy), when the tuner is turned on, the video is scrambled. You have to force the video to refresh by changing the res for the screen to clear up. This only happens with the ATI TV wonder and VE versions, I think.
