Recycle Bin

Big thanks to anyone who can help! I have Vista Ultimate and I'm rather embraced to say I deleted my recycling bin. Does anyone know how I can recover it?

Thanks a bunch!

With Vista Uultimate do you need a Recycle Bin? If so, how ultimate is it, really?
