| Here's a couple of tips for desk users: 1. Keep items in easy reach Position things which you use often, within easy reach. So, you don't stretch or strain to reach your phone, hole punch, etc. 2. Keep your leg room clear Buy a desk with plenty of room for your legs and feet, so you can move them around freely. Ensure there are no obtrusions under the desk, so you don't bang your knees on corners, etc. Don't store stuff under your desk, within your leg room area. 3. Avoid space saving desks These contraptions may save space, but your health is far more important. These nasty things usually have a slide out keyboard tray and a high shelf for a printer. They are not people friendly, don't buy one!
