PSU help for cheap build

A guy at uni is buying a new MB, RAM, and CPU

Asus M2N-MX SE
1x 1GB Generic RAM
AMD X2 4000+

He doesn't want to buy a new PSU - he wanted to use the 300W from his old compaq machine. I have managed to find components for cheaper, and the difference to go into a PSU.

BUT the only PSU I can find (that is slightly decent) that doesn't cost to much, is: Pure Power TR2 430W Power Supply-W0069/70

It only has 18A on a single 12V rail, but as this wont be overclocked, have only 1 HDD, 1 DVDRW, a couple of case fans and may be upgraded with an extra 1GB RAM stick, will it do?

Thanks wasn't sure.
I had heard some of the cheap TT PSU's were basically useless.
