VIA's Glenn Henry Speaks On New Low Power Isaiah Processor

Hot Hardware have an interesting interview with some of the gurus from VIA regarding their new Isaiah CPU (based on the C7 core). If you have a chance, it's worth reading.

With the success of the EEE PC among others, VIA really does have the potential to turn over some decent cash with these chips if they can supply decent numbers with competitive performance.

A large L1 and L2 cache on chip. Saints be praised, Via finally makes a decent processor!

Wonder what the performance per watt is actually like. That's not been Via's traditional strength. Via claiming they're better than they were doesn't mean a lot...
