Power supply question

alrighty, I need to know what runs on the -12v line. since adding my TEC. It has jumped up to -14v and I can't seem to bring it down. I am looking at a stand alone power supply for the tec but would like to continue running it until then. if -14 is bad juju i'll have to take the TEC out.

its only there to cut noise I think, but it may be screwin up your PSU if your tryin to draw too much off the 12v

The -12v (negative 12v) or 12v (positive 12v)?

If it's -12v, then you've blown the regulator up, as it was never designed to power more than about 10W
