PSU questions

I snagged a free 450w PSU over the weekend figuring I could install it with my e4300 and maybe start to OC a little.
I'm having a little problem with the numbers. So I need some advice from someone who knows about this stuff.
I have a PowerUp 385w in there now. With out giveing any specifics, PowerUp PSU's are on a list of PSU's not to be used to overclock at Overclockers. Here are it's numbers:+3.3v@20a +5v@14a +12v1@14a +12v2@13a -12v@0.3a +5vsb@2.5a

The 450w PSU has no name or id that i can find.
+3.3v@26a +5v@35a +12v@15a -12v@0.8a
-5v@0.5a +5vsb@2a

I don't remember a whole lot from years ago but that +12 on the 450w has got me bothered. The PowerUp seems to show good numbers but I just don't remember that well. I'm not liking the 450w all that well and as I like the numbers on the 385w, there is that warning not to OC with it. Any thoughts?

I'd have to know the exact Enermax model of Power-Up that you have, and also need a bit more info on the 450. But I'd probably be inclined to stay with the Enermax for the moment. Not that I'd be inclined to OC with etiher of them, though, unless your system is pretty small.

From your caution, I don't think we to go any further. The PowerUp is doing fine as is and I'm where I was before. I'll wait to OC untill I get a PSU I know I can depend on. As for the 450w, I'll just use it in one of the folding rigs I've sitting in the sidelines. It should be able to handle a Celeron!
