Good source for USB and 1394 ports to use with MB headers?

Anyone?

Found just what i wanted for the USB headers. Still need the firewire headers. They are the standard 2x5 board connectors. i have quite a few firewire devices, I'd really like to have at least the 1394 B header usable.
