| Interesting idea that would probably work well for cooling people. It won't work well into any significant loading, but open plan offices don't generally have that issue. PC cases do though!

| Looks to me like he's basically building a venturi? So yeah, output drops like a rock with any back pressure. Still an interesting idea though.
