Oh for the days when people had the scratch to buy this article's best rated gear. Sigh.

Arrow

I guess I bought my HP Printer (960c Inkjet built in 2002) when they were still making quality printers as it STILL works perfectly to this day!
The only thing I've ever had to do with it is replace the ink cartridges when they go empty.

Once in awhile if you're lucky you'll get the opposite of a lemon with a product that lasts forever just about...

The "reliable" list is short of pre-built machines. Guess you have to roll your own. Always have, after my one and only locally made box to go. I hope this old battle wagon will last for this month!

I'll never purchase a pre-built machine because of everyone I have worked on from Employee's, Friends & Family's....
I prefer:
1. my own customization
2. reliable brands
3. saving money
4. being my own warranty repair service
5. choosing my own hardware for future upgrades

I have too many stories about HP that didn't have an AGP port, or won't upgrade more Memory, or
Dell warranty replacements that are refurbished, etc. etc. etc.
