I've managed to drop one of the Seagate's free agent go on the carpet a couple of times while under power, a couple of defective sectors now, way to go Chris...NOT!

I've heard that linux community came up with better implemented security in it's latest Linux Mint Gold version, it's actually preventing the user to log in, thus posing 0 risk in contamining the computer with malware! Well done to the open source community!

Oh ma gad you just didn't say that, well actually it was a free from any OS type of hdd. But if you mean how it was formated, well it was christened with holy NTFS!

Still NTFS should have protected it, were you updated to the newest release? ":O}
