Floppy Drive failure (40)
Whenever I boot I get the message, "Floppy Drive Failure (40). I've tried 3 floppies and changed the cable. The Bios looks OK but I'm no expert. Control panel says the floppy and controller are ok. The floppy does not work.

There is no way 3 floppy drives and 2 cables are all bad. What else could be going on?

Play around with the cables, i get that error a lot when setting up floppies. IDK though, it seems I always pllug them in wrong, also check that 1.44mb 3.5in is selected, by change it might be another one selected.

I finally found there was a bent pin on the drive. It's ok now.
