Is it time for a new powersupply?

and if so what should i buy.

I just dont think my Antec 350w is cutting it any more. My DD5 shows the voltages at 4.95 and 12.50, but any software monitor (sandra, MBM5) show them at about 4.75, 12.30. If i increase my core voltage at all my 12v climbs to 12.60 and up (by DD5 reading), and then i crash. Not sure what the software monitored voltages are doing at this point.

Im thinking about getting a 400w sparkle, but do you think it would help me any?

400watt sparkle is my recomended PSU.

Id probably be inclined to trust your Digi Doc rather than MM5.

Best bet it to get a multimeter onto a molex connector andget a true reading. If your PSU is giving 12v and 5v yet MM5 is reading low then your atx plug may have some resistanc in it. Run full loadfor 15min the nfeel the connector pins (are they warm)
If you are confident with your multimeter then you can measure the 5v and 12v lines from the motherboard itself, giving much more accurate readings.

I think you can pick up 5v from the heatsinks on the mosfets on 8k7a so its not hard to do. If the mosfets are at 5v then you have no problems (just poor onboard sensors)

I checked witha multimeter, and all my reading are correct. The DD5 is right on to what the multimeter reads off of the molex connector, and the 5v header on the board reads .02 higher with the multimeter than with sandra. So, if my molex connectors are reading pretty good, 4.95, then will a better powersupply help my on-board voltage, or do i have something else to work on. I have done the mod where you run a line from the molex to the 5v header, and it raises my voltages by about .05. Any way i can improve them more than this?

I messed with my 5v mod some, soddered some of the connectors that wernt soddered before, and raised my 5v onboard up to 4.81.

I see no problem. We do have a 5% tolerance on the 5v rail. 10%, according to some folks. Well within normal parameters.

As you have a 350W PS now, I'd jump above a mere 50W increase for my next PS. How high? I dunno! I do know that the 350W Sparkle I bought some months ago is putting out very good voltages. Nearly as tight variances as a PC P&C PS! Drool. Ka-ching. Ouch.
