You can build your own watercooled PSU. Open your PSU up, you will see 1 or 2 long narrow heatsinks, all you have to do is build waterblocks to replace them. A simple drilled aluminum design would be plenty good enough. The capacitors(big round things) will still give of heat, but they can be passively cooled without a greater risk of failure.

that be euros so more or less a 1-1 conversion rate. so $300 is about it not too bad if its as well made as it looks!
