Silent! No fans! 350w- $300 :( nice however....... there planing watercooled ones- browse the site- they have nice heatpipes on there!

You can build your own watercooled PSU. Open your PSU up, you will see 1 or 2 long narrow heatsinks, all you have to do is build waterblocks to replace them. A simple drilled aluminum design would be plenty good enough. The capacitors(big round things) will still give of heat, but they can be passively cooled without a greater risk of failure.
