19" Monitor any good?

Hi all, I'm thinking of getting one of these for Christmas,
19" XIOD EZ-FLAT (Samsung) 29EF19 0.25dp
Does anyone know anything about them?
Check out the offer at www.scan.co.uk at the bottom of the Today Only Specials.

ALWAYS try and see what the picture is like before you buy... This being impossible on the web I try to stay with Sony, View sonic and the like and buy their top end. Read the reviews in magazine sites like PC World, Zed net and the like. There are some ( a lot) of really bad monitors out there!

Good luck!

I've used those monitors at my work for quite awhile and we have had no problems with them. We use the 17", but I see no difference. If the price is good (not sure about currency conversion, shipping, etc.) I'd feel good about it. Dan is right about Sony & Viewsonic as well, they are very good.

For what it's worth, here is an image from Samsung. I was unable to find anyting in the way of reviews, but their LCDs are highly rated for what it's worth.
