Red face audigy 2 driver problem.

ok this is hard to explain so bear with me.

i installed the drivers of the disk that i got with my audigy 2 and all the periferals that cum with it,like the surround mixer and eax so on.....

i went to the site to update and after installing the updates my eax console doesnt work anymore, matter off fact nothing works anymore.i still get sound but i dont have the tools like the speaker calibrator or the sound font bank or any of the periferals.i still have sound but no way to adjust my settings?? i tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling the drivers of the disc and i still get the same problem.when i explore the disc and try to install the eax console manually it says there is a newer version detected but the newer version doesnt work and i cant find how to get rid of it and start again or to make it work!!when i try to use eax console it says missing shortcut click here to locate ur self.

when i go in to program files and look in the creative folder when i try to open the eax folder it kind of freezes on me for 30 seconds and then opens.i just want to get rid of everything and start fresh.can anyone help??i have 6 speakers and only 2 are working because i have no control panel.im not sure wtf happened.thanks

hey where'd you get that file (CTIntrfc.dll)? I just got this Nomad Jukebox mp3 player and I need that file in order to use the software with it.

Thanks in advance.
