Red face o/c'ing a G4 Ti4600 question

I need suggestions on how i should o/c the GPU and memory of my 4600...

example: if i raise my GPU clock from 300 to 310 then how high should i raise my memory? the same amount in mhz? or can the memory handle more o/c as in a 2/1 ratio ? meaning 300/650 to 310/670?

I just want it to stay timed properly and not throw it out of wack using uneven CPU/mem frequency or sumthin lol

Your help is appreciated

My GF4-ti4800SE (TI4400 core) is currently running 330/690. You can take them as far as they will go each at a time. Run 3Dmark, and when it hangs or you start seeing articacts you have gone too far. Back it up a bit until it passes some loops without artifacts or hangups.

Increasing memory seems to have the highest effect on 3D performance.
