Epox 8KTA3 Pro mobo (kt133) won't recognise AGP card

Athlon XP2200, Epox 8KTA3 Pro mobo (kt133), 512Mb PC133SDRAMM, Sparkle GeForce 4 MX 440, Win98SE, sound disabled, all drivers from CDs supplied with kit.

AGP card isn't recognised. Doesn't display anything at boot (can't use it to access BIOS), Windows doesn't see it either. Any ideas?

Sorry cloasters, wanted maximum suggestions as I've been at this for around 12 hours without resolution. Its now driving me up the wall. As a newbie here, I wasn't sure how active the various topics were so went for the clusterbomb approach. Figured it might get suggestions from the experts in other areas.

My bad, won't do it again

If it doesnt display anything at boot yet you can still access windows then you can still access the bios. Simply as soon as you hear the bios beep or you see the green light go on your monitor press delete and you should be in the bios.

While youre in there try turning off things like AGP Fastwrites and 4X AGP and seeing if your card is recognized in windows.

This is unless I am mistaken and you are using a PCI card to access windows?
