Big problems with the Asus 9280TD GF4 4200TI 128 Mb DDr and the 8RDA3+ mobo

Hi guys, seems like quite a lot of ppl have problems with their 8RDA3+ mobos, i`ve just finished assemblement of my new comp, which consists of:

(8RDA3+)
Barton 2500+
2x256 twin mos 400ddr
maxtor 6 Y120MO SATa Drive
Asus 9280TD GF4 4200TI 128 Mb DDr 8x Agp

My problem consists in the EXTREME graphic bugs that is generated in all games i play, in some its like hell, in some you can hardly recognise it ( but the patterns of moving white rectangels and big ugly lines running straight across the landscape is still there), but in 3dmark EVERYTHING ****s up bigtime. The bugs are so extreme that you cant tell where the hell NEo is on screen in the 2001 bench, and it hangs one time and another. And to be able to play any game at all, i have to reinstall the detonator everytime i boot! Otherwise, no game will start, everything just goes black and starts to flicket, and you cant do anything about it. And the results remain unaffacted if i change detonator, ive had four different of the newest ones and it makes no difference. Ive also got powerstrip and degraded the default settings of the card to clock frequencies below standard to check if the problem was heat related, but not, everything was the same. And when you put your fingers under the heatsink, its NOT particulary hot, and in the USDM sys Supervisor the sys temp stays between 35-39 degrees, so its not to hot either, and its not bound to the CPU settings it doesent matter if its using its original fsb setting or a changed fsb and multiplier to reach 2ghz. And the it became even worse when i ran 3dmark03, then it all went black, and from that time i couldnt boot it properly again. Everytime i reached windows it flickered constantly and inevitable. I couldnt do anything and the system said that the graphic driver was unstable, but it didnt make any difference at all when i changed it. It flickered and did not respond to my actions, it was completely *****ed up, and i had to reinstall XP.

So whats the deal? Is the 8RDA3+ incompatible with the Asus 9280TD GF4 4200TI 128 Mb DDr 8x Agp graphics adapter, or have i done something seriously wrong during the installation or assembling?
Could it be a Ram issue ?
