What would be this video cards ATI counterpart?
Does anyone have anything about overclocking it?

I have to ask why you want to know. IMHO that was one of the worst video cards of all time. GF2 MX400 wasn't bad but the MX200 was a striped down version with only half the memory bandwidth.

I guess a ATi equivilant would be a Radeon SDR (before they came out with modle numbers)

It had major problems getting those to overclock on VIA chipsets. But that doesn't really matter, you could overclock it til it screamed for mercy and it still wouldn't play todays games decently. You might be able to get it to play Half Life or counter strike at 800x600 with all the eye candy turned off.

I have motherboard whose graphics were compared to this card. I was wondering what kind of graphical options I had without dropping in a video card.
