| Radeon 9700 Pro cooling I recently ditched my old hsf on my 9700 Pro, and replaced it with an Iceberq 4 Pro. This is all fine and dandy, but I have some questions. I have $20, and everyone keeps talking about the VGA Silencer... Is it considerably better than the Iceberq 4 Pro? Also, for those who have the Silencer, I have a Hardcano 12... is there some place to put the thermal probe between the card and the back clip thing without crushing the living hell out of it? Feedback is appreciated

| I have a friend that uses the Iceberq 4 Pro, and he swears by it. He got loads out of his modded 9500 none pro with it, that it made my 9800 look a little silly

| if i were you i would throw in another $5 and get this: http://www.ocsystem.com/zalzm80ahvga.html i am using an earlier version of this heatsink and my 9700pro is clocked at the same speed as a 9800XT, with potential to go even higher. but you do need something like a case fan blowing over it to get this kind of result. just my 2 cents.
