| Radeon 9000 cooling Recently my Radeon 9000's fan decided that it wanted to join all of the other HSF's in cooler heaven and I am left with a radeon 9000 that couldn't keep itself cool unless it was in a freezer. I attached a 9700 fan to it but the heatsink is too large and prevents the card from sitting in the AGP slot correctly. I was wondering if anyone knows of a cheap solution. The card isn't oc-ed. I have some North/South bridge coolers but I don't think those will work. This lack of video card is seriously inhibiting my GUI experience.

| i'd look into a PCI slot blower and put a big heatsink on it some how, maybe one of those nb/chipset coolers using thermal epoxy and putting a pci blower or one fo those nifty blue dual fan cards. I think those might only remove heat instead of blow on the heat sink, which you might want. Look for bracketing fans that mount with case screws and hold thin fans over a certain place on the slot, i think they are called bracket mount fans, but I could be wrong
