i'd look into a PCI slot blower and put a big heatsink on it some how, maybe one of those nb/chipset coolers using thermal epoxy and putting a pci blower or one fo those nifty blue dual fan cards. I think those might only remove heat instead of blow on the heat sink, which you might want. Look for bracketing fans that mount with case screws and hold thin fans over a certain place on the slot, i think they are called bracket mount fans, but I could be wrong
