Is this a good score for my pc ?Asus a7n8x deluxe 1024md ram 1x 200gb sata seagate h/d 1x 160gb sata samsung. 2800+ amd no o/c. powercolour ati x800pro no o/c how do I o/c ny cpu . this system is bog standard no extra cooling.

yep not 'alf bad for an x800 pro.
Though recently those nvidia boys have pushed past 20k with their sli gf 6800 ultras. Kind a makes my 7000 ish points seem rather pants.

Just bear in mind that there isn't a step by step guide as each overclock is unique. Many factors will affect how far you can overclock.
