Overclocking a TI-4200...

I downloaded NVHP, and before I start messing with stuff, what would be a good amount to OC it? I've got a Thermaltake heatsink on my card. It was only about $15, so I'm not sure how much it will help in the OC process. But, what should I start with?

System specs in case you need them..

P4, 2ghz.
1gb GEIL PC3200 RAM.
Intel D865GBF board.

What I do is increase the core/memory speed by increments of 5 until it's unstable, then I back it up. Run 3dmark03 to check for instability. This method has worked for me.

Opinions are like butts, we all have them and they all stink at one time or another. But when people's butts stink we don't go around cleaning them, so please don't tell people that their opinions stink.
