Soundblaster live 5.1 digital drivers?

Hi,
I need some help before my soundblaster live 5.1 digital goes out in the rubbish! Bought this soundcard as an oem version and I can't get any drivers for it. I have managed to install a set which gets the front speakers working, but no joy with the centre, rears or sub. I've tried various driver packs from creative but I just keep getting the same message:

"set up cannot find any soundblaster products installed on your system. Please ensure your device is installed correctly.

Setup will now exit"

I know the card is installed correctly as the front speakers are working and I've disabled the onboard sound in the bios. I can't even find and use the mixer program to change the speaker settings.... I think this is missing from the driver. I've tried a google search under the model number which is.... SB0220 and that's got me to the stage I'm at now.

I'm running windows XP on the following system:

AMD Athlon 64 3200+ @ 2.35Ghz
K8S8X Mobo (SIS 755 chipset)
512mb 400Mhz Ram
160Gb 7200 rpm SATA
Sapphire Atlantis 9800 pro 128 mb flashed to xt @450/392
Piece of crap sound card I can't get any drivers for

you must use the cd that came with the card... i have one of those as well, and they are pulled from DELL machines... and, unfortunately, the driver from the dell site will only install on DELL machines...i have a copy of the software.. let mek now and maybe i can send it tot you somehow.

really need those drivers, the whole point of me getting this card was for the 5.1 and eax!
How big is the install package?

Thanks for the link, I've just tried it, but no go, the same message again!

leekirlew...... A year ago or so I installed a patch (I don't remember what it was called) from M$ that was supposed to help with Creative Labs sound cards (it didn't). All I could find it did was keep kicking my 5.1's back to desktop (2) speakers and loosing the Creative drivers. The patch had no uninstall so I ended up reformatting.
Have you installed any M$ patch that sounds like the above?

got it going by sending him a cd that i had for the dell cards. any SB 5.1 that says SB0220 on the pcb is not a Live 5.1, but a Dell 5.1. Any motherboard other than a Dell prevents driver installation, even if you try the Dell drivers. The CD i have is the only way that i know of to get these cards to work, other than KDX, which does not work very well with these cards.
