That appears, based on timings and voltages, and I knwo some PQI is Samsung TCCD. VERY good, its the next BH-5(not quite, but hey its close). www.google.com and search for "TCCD review" you'll see that this ram gets in the same ballpark as bh-5 with far less volts(2.9V and it stops responding). This ram will, if its TCCD, be good for both AMD and intel rigs.

I've seen TCCD reviewed independantly at 2-2-2-5 215 mhz(averages about 210 on brainpower PCB), and 2.5-4-4-8 going as high as 280(averages prolly 265ish), 3-3-3-8 I saw once getting 300mhz, brainpower PCB. These are all off the top of my head, but MOST samsung TCCD based memory is rated to run at 2-2-2-5 stock at 2.6, more volts more 2-2-2-5 at higher speeds. Often they run up to 250+mhz with relaxed timings. Keep in mind your results might(read as will) vary.

PQI had a bad rep at one point for not using chips in-spec of what OEM's have written by design. Like 2.5-3-3-6 mem run @ 2-3-3-6. But really, if it's running @ 2-2-2-5 @ 2.6 sound like BH-5. 2-2-2-5 @ 2.7 should be TCCD.
