Netgear router

Hello,
I am going to purchase a Netgear router but i would first like to know the level of security on it. i have read that it logs information but am unsure as to the amount of detail that the logs contain. i would be very grateful if any of you could shed some light on the matter as to what the logs are. for example, if i wish to see what my children are doing, will i see the website address or an ip? also does it log p2p files or download filenames. thank you for any help,

geoff

The Netgear routers I've seen so far don't go much futher than logging URLs for websites.
As far as I'm aware, they don't log p2p files, however, I'm not an expert with Netgear routers.
