6800 GTO progress

My new card started with a 12pp/5vp configuration and a 350/900 clock speed.

Default 3dmark03 9722 - image setting quality- no cheats- xg77.77

I am now going to attempt to unlock the extra pipes and ill post the results up.

12-6 config - works but only upto 375/900
16-6 config - works with minor atefacting but only at stock speed
16-5 config - same as 16-6
12-5 (default config) upto 430/1050 scoring 11610 3dmark 03

This card may score nearly 1000 less on 3dmark 03 than my last 6800nu but it is MUCH faster in BF2 and is better in aquamark, plus it gave me an excuse to get a new board that looks like it migh actually overclock, ive had 2 boards with the kt800 pro chipset that failed to perform all that well.
Hopefully xmas will come soon so I can get my new PSU in, my current one is at its limits and is dropping to 11.5v on the 12v rail in 3d intensive tasks, if I had the full 12v I reckon I could get a few move mhz out of the card and maybe keep the 6th vertex shader open at 430/1050.

with gpu at 425/1050(12pp/6vp) and cpu at 2450(it overclocks in this board)......PSU fan screaming.

Is it possible that if a pipeline quad works but at a lower speed than stock I could try increasing the core voltage to give it a hand to run higher than stock speeds?
Also is there a way to see what voltage the memory/core are getting through windows?
This card has 2.0ns samsung memory so it should be rated at 1ghz, it runs at 1ghz fine but I cant get more than a 5% overclock(from max rated spec,not stock) this seems a bit low.
The thermal pads on the card sucked bad they looked like squares of white cloth(actual fabric), I remove these and used some as5 to make the contact between gpu and heatspreader and this has lowered temps by a degree or two.
I would love to get some more speed or the extra quad from this card as it is a fast as my old card was already but with more/faster memory and I reckon it would rock at 16pp/6vp (currently 12pp/6vp).
Any ideas or suggestions?

BTW the core is an NV40
