| XFX 6800xt or PNY Verto 6600GT? I can get either the XFX 6800XT or the PNY Verto 6600GT... (both AGP) Both are 128mb, but the 6600 has GDDR3 Which one would you go for? Also, price doesn't matter, but i can't really get any other cards.

| ya they made the 6800 for a reason... to outdo the 6600. I have a pci-e 6800 GT in my alienware and it's amazing. My friend, Brandon, has a G800 AGP and it works pretty well, will run BF2 at medium settings no frame lag at all.

| The vanilla 6800, which is the perfect choice for your setup/budget/ will perform almost equally to a 6800GT when unlocked to the full 16pp/6vs and overclocked.

| I fixed it exile. Anyway I have however never got the mem clock above 800 without artifacts on my friends.

| 930 on a cool day  , average is about 800-900mhz on the memory and 375-425 on the core, sometimes unlocking a pipeline that is only 99.9% functional can reduce the maximum overclock though, also unlocking is not guaranteed.Overclocking your Nvidia 6800/6800LE DDR graphics card: Overclocking/Unlocking Guide. AFAIK its only AGP versions of the card that this applies to( apart from 6800GTO's(nv40) ), also Ive never used a 6800xt so I couldnt comment on the core used.
